Shipping Information

Within Australia

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually arrive within 7–10 business days.

  • Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.

  • Orders placed before 12pm are generally shipped the same day.

  • Orders not confirmed or paid within 3 days will be cancelled.

International Shipping

  • All prices are in AUD and may vary with currency conversion.

  • Standard delivery via Australia Post Courier takes 5–7 business days and includes tracking.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If delivery is refused, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees depend on your location and order weight.

  • Add items to your cart and enter your address to view shipping costs.

  • Extra charges for international shipping will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent via email and available under My Orders in your account.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please email us at jayne.sarsfield@gmail.com.

  • Delays reported after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our handmade products.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

 

Faulty Items

If an item is found to be faulty:

  • We will first attempt to repair or replace the item.

  • If repair or replacement is not possible, a store credit or refund will be offered. Refunds will be transferred to the customer's nominated bank account.

Change of Mind

We are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or your circumstances change.
However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • You notify us within 4 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is returned within 10 days of purchase.

  • The item is in original condition as received.

  • Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Please note:

  • Exchanges or credits will not be given if goods are damaged, including damage from poor return packaging.

  • No exchanges or credits will be issued on sale, layby, or commissioned items.

Handmade Products

  • All our items are handmade, and materials may vary in colour, shape, or size.

  • These natural variations are not considered faults.

  • Only defects in workmanship or materials will be accepted for claims.

  • Damage caused by negligence, accident, or unreasonable use will not be covered.

Product Descriptions

  • We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and images.

  • Customers acknowledge that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • If there is a significant change to an ordered item, Grove Lane will contact you to discuss your options.
